Our Vision

At Caldecote Primary School, our vision is to nurture every child to be Happy, Healthy, and High-Achieving by maximising every learning opportunity within a positive, inclusive and inspiring environment. We are committed to supporting children to thrive socially, emotionally, and academically, setting high expectations that challenge and stretch each child from their individual starting points to achieve personal excellence.

We aim that all children:

• feel happy and secure in their learning and play

At Caldecote, our core values underpin everything we do. In promoting and modelling these values, we seek to develop the roots for both academic success and strong personal development, thus preparing pupils to be happy, healthy, and high-achieving citizens.

Pupils are actively encouraged to develop and demonstrate these values at all times, and they are recognised and applauded in our celebration assembly each week.

A strong understanding of and commitment to these values sees us flourish with humility through times of success and hold us steadfast through times of challenge.
