Teaching Assistant

Teaching Assistant, Level 1b (or higher dependent on experience) Named Child contract

20 hours per week (9.15 am – 1.15 pm including break and lunchtime)

Start: 01 September 2021

 

We are looking for someone to come and join our fantastic team to work with a child who will be in Year 3.  This opportunity is to support a child who has an EHCP with their learning.  The child has an autistic diagnosis, speech and language difficulties and can present with challenging behaviour.

 

The qualities you will need for this role are:

  • A ‘can do’ positive attitude
  • A willingness to support the child with all aspects of their learning and make adjustments as needed
  • Being proactive and able to present learning in a variety of different ways
  • Endless patience and resilience as progress can be in tiny steps
  • Energy, enthusiasm and a willingness to do the best for the child and others in the class

Part-time KS2 Teacher

Teacher: 2 or 3 days (we can be flexible)

Start: September 2021 or as soon as possible; temporary in the first instance

Salary: MPR/UPR

 

Unexpectedly, we have an excellent opportunity for an ambitious teacher to come and join our fantastic team in Key Stage 2.  We can be flexible about the number of days.
