Welcome from the Inclusion Lead

I am delighted to be part of the school’s leadership team, with a focus on inclusion and supporting all learners. In my role, I champion high-quality teaching alongside tailored, evidence-informed support that meets the diverse needs of our learners. My work is predominantly focussed on pupils with additional needs, our young carers, and those supported through the Pupil Premium.

We want the inclusive culture at Caldecote to ensure that every pupil feels valued, heard, and truly seen. We believe strongly in a holistic approach, which celebrates diversity and the unique contribution each member of our community has to bring, enabling children to feel safe, confident, and ready to learn. 

My working days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and I am contactable through the office email if you wish to get in touch.
