The parent teacher association (PTA) is a formal organisation composed of parents, teachers and staff that is intended to facilitate parental participation in the school.

The PTA works to encourage closer links between home and school. As well as fundraising for items that the school needs, we aim to provide the opportunity for children and families to have a social aspect, from family bingo nights to discos and partaking in the Feast celebrations in the village.
The PTA hold an annual general meeting in October, and general meetings every half term. The committee consists of a chair, vice chair, treasurer and secretary. Each parent becomes an automatic member of the PTA. We understand the busy lives that people lead, so you can participate as much or as little as you wish. However, being active in the PTA is a great way to meet new friends and a fantastic opportunity to support the local community and help raise vital funds for the the school that can really make a difference to your child's education.
