Yellow trip to London

We all had a brilliant day out in London starting with a visit to the Fire Brigade Museum.  The storyteller was very funny and kept the class amused with an active retelling of the story of how the Great Fire started and the famous characters who we know about such as Samuel Pepys.
We then walked along the busy streets looking at all the fantastic buildings, especially The Shard!  We went to Burrough Indoor Market for lunch where the pigeons and starlings entertained us.  After, we crossed London Bridge and spent time identifying fantastic London sights such as Tower Bridge, The Tower of London, St. Paul's Cathedral and, if we looked very carefully, The London Eye.
We were all amazed at the height of The Momument and the beautiful golden vase of flames at the top.  We then had a whole group photo at Pudding Lane.  It looks very different nowadays.
Thanks to Ms. Spargo, Mrs. Talmage, Mrs. Cox, Mrs. Kent and Mr. Hutber who came and helped make the day such a success.
There will be more photos in Yellow Class page in the next few days.
